Lusso Saigon falls under the 30% foreign-ownership quota allowed by Vietnam's Housing Law (Law No. 65/2014/QH13, Articles 159–162). Foreign buyers receive a 50-year leasehold from handover — renewable, transferable, inheritable, and fully resellable to either another foreign buyer or to a Vietnamese citizen.
When the unit is resold to a Vietnamese citizen, the Pink Book is reissued as freehold — permanent, indefinite ownership under Vietnamese citizenship rights. This is what gives Lusso Saigon a deep secondary market: the same unit, the same address, simply re-titled.
