The Win City · West Saigon Gateway · Long An
A 12-hectare city of victories at the gateway of West Saigon.
Thang Loi Group masterplans 18 towers and around 10,000 homes across 12 hectares in Duc Hoa, Long An — held to a low ~40% build density so most of the land becomes parks, walking streets and community life.
Room to breathe, rare at this scale.
A sweeping 12-hectare site — uncommon in Duc Hoa, Long An. The master plan keeps build density to roughly 40%, devoting the rest to green space, parks, walkways and amenities for a balanced, never-crowded environment.
The Win City is a high-rise mixed-use development at the gateway of West Saigon — apartments, penthouses and shophouses planned around a shared green spine. Over 70% of the site is given to infrastructure, greenery and community amenities.
Ownership is permanent (Pink Book) for Vietnamese buyers; foreign buyers purchase under the Housing Law 2023 pathway. The project is master-distributed by Thang Loi Group with a dedicated apartment fund for overseas investors, signed with Indochine Real Estate Services in November 2025.

The retail heart of the city — a shopping centre plus a shophouse boulevard for everyday convenience and F&B.
An on-site education system so families keep school, home and play within a short walk of one another.
A healthcare campus inside the master plan, bringing primary medical care to the doorstep.
A landscape-first amenity world.
More than 70% of the site is infrastructure, greenery and shared amenities — water, gardens and play woven between the towers.
