A flagship transit-oriented mixed-use district fronting Mai Chi Tho Avenue, immediately adjacent to the future Thu Thiem terminal station of the Ben Thanh – Thu Thiem – Long Thanh metro line.
Project history · Originally launched as The East Valley by Refico, the project was acquired by SonKim Land and rebranded as The Metropolis — adding the developer's signature luxury-boutique design language and a stronger transit-oriented masterplan.
