Energise the city of light from a vibrant port
Built with the mission of becoming the 'defining element' of port-city Da Nang, of lifting life value and shaping a refined international-grade leisure lifestyle, Lumia Da Nang — City of Light — is expected to bring fresh air to Vietnam's most-liveable city and proudly open a new chapter of architectural masterpieces ahead.
A great start to the journey of brightening up the commercial port — the Lumia Da Nang launch event took place on 13 May, with 268 'Light Warriors' from leading agencies: INDOCHINE, Viet Thinh Vuong, Tung Bach Land, RedLand, Kinh Bac Real Estate, Tam Phat Land, Dat Xanh Mien Bac, MSH Group, Arcadia Consulting and An Vuong Invest. The promise: to inject vibrant energy into Da Nang's and the country's property market and pull in investment cash flow from multiple sources.

Themed 'Brighten the commercial port,' the Lumia Da Nang launch opened the city of light's new era of prosperity and promise — right alongside a busy port. The plan: to live up to General Secretary To Lam's expectations and become a hub of international trade and an attractive destination for investors and tourists alike.
One of the reputable brands founded by veterans with decades of real-estate experience, VietnamHomes Group is proud to be 'chosen' by the developer as the strategic-consulting and business-development arm for Lumia Da Nang.
Speaking on Lumia Da Nang, Mr. Nguyen Hai Anh — strategic consulting and business development lead and VietnamHomes Group JSC representative — affirmed this is one of the key projects unlocking the tourism city of Da Nang's potential.
'With strategic positioning in the Lien Chieu International Port area and adjacency to the Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Lumia Da Nang integrates perfectly with the modern, synchronous infrastructure system planned to international standards. Carrying the legacy of being a critical trade gateway between Vietnam and Southeast Asia, and set to benefit from what will be Da Nang's most vibrant and busy economic / commercial / service hub going forward, Lumia Da Nang is a destination of high return potential for investors,' Hai Anh affirmed.

Within the launch event, strategic-consulting and business-development arm VietnamHomes Group formally signed strategic cooperation agreements with nine specialist distributors — joining forces to deliver Lumia Da Nang's success to customers.
Lumia Da Nang — an 'all-in-one' integrated urban district
Pairing modern development with green, clean, well-planned design, Da Nang isn't stopping at 'most-liveable city in Vietnam' — it's pushing toward an international financial centre. The city has tremendous potential, but still lacks a well-developed, large-scale urban model. As property buyers' standards tighten, the task is to build a complete urban space — one that meets residential, investment and leisure needs together, with a high-end entertainment-service ecosystem.
Against this backdrop, the Lumia Da Nang project officially 'enters' the market via an all-in-one integrated urban-district model — committing to bring high-quality real-estate products to the market and lead Da Nang's market.
Leading the development of the Home2Hub model — combining 'Home' (residence) with Hub (connection centre) — Home2Hub is a multi-functional model serving residence, business, lodging, tourism and office uses together. The Home2Hub product, supplied only in the urban core area of Lumia Da Nang, is expected to drive the project's evolution into a truly liveable city.
About 500 light warriors gathering at the launch isn't just an energetic start for Lumia Da Nang — it's a powerful conviction in the journey of creating miracles, where each individual is a meaningful part of bringing brilliant colour to the city of light beside its vibrant port.
The light warriors' and strategic distribution partners' unity and resolve to win will help the city of light rise beside the prosperous port — shaping a new urban district that becomes Da Nang's future model.
